MSPCA-Angell seeks an Inpatient Services Technician Trainer to lead the education and development of veterinary technicians and assistants within ICU, ER/Triage, and ER. The Inpatient Services Technician Trainer is responsible for the training, development, and advancement of veterinary technicians and assistants within the Inpatient Services Department, including ICU, ER/Triage, and ER, Specialty Technicians.
This role serves as both a clinical leader and educator, working collaboratively with Managers, Supervisors, and Veterinary Staff to ensure all team members demonstrate strong technical skills, critical thinking, and adherence to hospital standards of care. The Trainer is a hands‑on member of the technical team, providing real‑time coaching, structured onboarding, and ongoing professional development to support staff at all levels.
