Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing/implementing methods of improving the clinic and morale of the technicians
• Investigate and/or develop learning opportunities for team
• Work with leadership team/management on developing and implementing new policies, procedures and accountability efforts.
• Client communication and education.
• Patient care and husbandry.
• Technical duties, including blood draws, x-rays, anesthesia monitoring, and IV catheter placement.
• Patient restraint and assisting veterinarians during exams and procedures.
• Preparing patients for exams and procedures.
• Filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
