Job summary

VCA Valley Animal Hospital and Emergency Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant or Certified Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced, client-centric team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent client service and communicate clearly with pet owners.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, patient assessments, surgical prep and assisting, lab work, and compassionate care for hospitalized patients.

VCA Valley Animal Hospital and Emergency Center is looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant (VA)or Certified Veterinary Technician to share in our exciting, fast-paced environment. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have excellent client service and communication skills, as we are a client-centric practice.

Location: 4984 E 22nd St, Tucson, AZ 85711

Schedule: Varies based on hospital need; currently, the most frequent schedule will be 4X10 alternative work week

Salary Range: $ 16 - 23 per hour
