VCA CAVES in Concord, NH is seeking a compassionate Certified Veterinary Technician to join our 24/7 ER/ICU team. This hands-on role covers patient care, anesthesia, surgery support, and critical care throughout recovery, collaborating with veterinarians and specialists.
As part of the CVT team, you'll triage emergencies, monitor ICU patients, place IVs, draw blood, administer meds, and assist with diagnostics while supporting wildlife care partners.
Credentialed Veterinary Technicians don't come along every day - and we know it. We're looking for a compassionate, experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join an ER/ICU team that values your skills, respects your expertise, and gives you the tools to actually use them. This is a hands-on role where your skills and experience will be put to real use - patient care, treatment support, anesthesia, surgery assisting, and everything in between.
Daytime ICU keeps you hands-on with hospitalized patients through every stage of recovery, working alongside a full team of veterinarians and specialists to fine-tune care in real time - and building deep critical care skills as you watch patients improve day to day.
And it's not just cats and dogs. At VCA CAVES, we partner with local wildlife rescuers and rehabilitators, treating hawks, eagles, owls, turtles, fawns, opossums, wild turkeys, porcupines, snakes, and more. If you're ready to be a well-rounded veterinary technician, CAVES is the place for you
Compensation: $25.00 - $37.00 / hr based on skill set, experience and licensure status.
