ACCESS South Bay is seeking an ER Overnight Supervisor to join our growing team!

Job Purpose:
- Provide a primary point of contact through which all technical questions, comments, concerns, and issues can be handled.
- Decrease the time spent by doctors and technical staff replicating responsibilities or missing duties by providing oversight for all technical employees in the moment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the individuals working on any given shift to ensure their work product is excellent.
- Review any patient/doctor issues that come up in the moment to allow for expedient and satisfactory resolution.
- Assign patients to the appropriate group based on case severity and knowledge of technical skill level of group employees.
- Update full patient census forms and patient board regularly during shift.
- Update Triage Board as necessary in a Triage-Center-In-Certification-Process Hospital.
- Ensure rounds are being appropriately handled as patients are transferred from one person to the next.
- Act as the primary person for resource management of technical staff within the Emergency Department.
- As assigned by the Technician Manager, train staff in any technical areas requested.
- Responsible for being the primary key-holder or Cubex resource as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of ER experience in a lead/supervisor role.

Compensation - $29 - $36/hr + $2/hr differential
