Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician status required by state.
• At least 1 year of prior veterinary technician experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; compassionate and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients arriving for appointments or walk-ins and record vitals in the EMR.
• Assist veterinarian with appointments, surgery, dentistry, and euthanasia under supervision.
• Perform restraint, process laboratory samples, dispense medications, and maintain EMR.
• Schedule appointments, educate clients, relay test results, manage records and accounts.
