Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, record vital signs, and document visit in EMR.
• Assist veterinarian with appointments, surgery, dentistry and euthanasia.
• Handle medications and maintain the EMR and client records.
• Schedule appointments, educate clients, manage accounts receivable.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor anesthesia.
• Provide in-hospital treatments and basic patient care.
• Train new staff and maintain a clean hospital environment.
