Solomons Veterinary Medical Center is hiring an Experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant. Role: Experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant. Status: Full-time. Salary: Negotiable based on experience and licensure. Schedule: Flexible, rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Support patient care through nursing, diagnostics, and treatment assistance.
• Assist with laboratory procedures, radiographs, and sample collection.
• Monitor anesthesia and support surgical and dental procedures as appropriate.
• Educate clients and support positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to provide excellent patient care.
• Support daily hospital operations while promoting a positive client experience.
