Job Title: Veterinary Assistant

We are seeking a positive, energetic, detail-oriented, and ethical veterinary assistant with strong team-player skills to help ensure superior patient and client care. The ideal candidate shares our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of pets and their families every day and enjoys working in a fun, collaborative, and continuously learning culture.

Our assistants are utilized to their fullest potential and are very hands-on, beyond the usual veterinary clinic duties. Responsibilities include:

1. Triaging patients
2. Communicating with clients: taking histories
3. Assisting technicians and DVM in restraint
4. Taking radiographs
5. Running labs, drawing blood, placing catheters
6. Providing surgical assistance as needed
7. Cleaning and stocking for the next day

Salary range: $20-$22 per hour, dependent on experience and clinic needs.
