Harris Boulevard Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant to join our friendly, two-doctor practice. This part-time role focuses on high-quality patient care, collaboration, and client education in a small-animal and exotic setting.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary technician or assistant experience required.
• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) credential preferred.
• Experience with anesthesia monitoring and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Perform pharmacy duties and medication preparation.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform in-house laboratory testing.
• Obtain and process diagnostic radiographs.
• Monitor and maintain anesthetized patients during procedures.
• Provide attentive patient care and nursing support.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding patient care and treatment plans.

What Our Veterinary Technicians/Assistants Do
