Qualifications

• CVT/LVT/RVT licensure preferred
• Solid understanding of veterinary anesthesia terminology, medications, and procedures
• Strong communication skills for client education and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare individualized anesthesia protocols with the veterinary team
• Administer and monitor anesthesia with anesthesia equipment
• Assist during surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Manage perioperative pain control and monitor patient comfort
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and patient responses
• Keep a calm, organized workspace and troubleshoot equipment
• Engage in continuing education and case discussions
