Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join the Anesthesia team at PEAK Veterinary Referral Center in Williston, VT. This full-time role focuses on advanced anesthesia, surgery, and specialty medicine, collaborating with board-certified specialists in a collaborative specialty animal hospital.

The position offers four 10-hour shifts per week, no weekends or holidays, and a competitive hourly pay of $22–$35 with a comprehensive benefits package including CEU access, license

Qualifications

• Experienced Veterinary Technician, Vet Tech, CVT, RVT, or LVT preferred.
• Anesthesia & surgery experience required.
• Specialty, emergency, or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong patient monitoring, technical, and communication skills.
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing anesthesia cases while collaborating with board-certified specialists and VTS technicians.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures alongside each surgeon.
• Obtain and process laboratory samples, including blood, urine, free fluid, and fine needle aspirates.
• Execute, monitor, and recover assigned sedation and anesthetic events.
• Assist with operating room duties as a nurse and scrub-in technician during orthopedic surgeries.
• Provide comfort, advocacy, and high-quality nursing care for every patient.

PEAK Veterinary Referral Center in Williston, VT is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our Anesthesia team. This full-time Veterinary Technician opportunity is ideal for a Vet Tech looking to expand advanced anesthesia, surgery, and specialty medicine skills while working alongside board-certified specialists in a collaborative specialty animal hospital.

As a Veterinary Technician on our Anesthesia team, you'll support advanced procedures including surgery, CT, and complex specialty cases while practicing high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Compensation

• $22–$35/hour, based on credentialing, experience, and skill set
