Position Details

Role: Experienced Veterinary Technician

Status: Full-time

Salary: $20 - $25+ per hour, depending on experience/skills

Schedule: Full-time schedule with predictable hours and regular lunch breaks

What You’ll Do

Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and procedures
Provide exceptional nursing care from patient admission through discharge
Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory sample collection, and diagnostics
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
Monitor anesthesia and assist with surgical and dental procedures
Obtain diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate medical records
Anticipate the needs of doctors and teammates to promote an efficient workflow
Educate clients on medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and discharge instructions
Collaborate with the entire hospital team to deliver exceptional patient care
