Randhurst Animal Hospital is a growing, busy 3-doctor practice. We are looking to add a compassionate and experienced Veterinary Technician to our team. We need dedicated technicians who are willing to work hard and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities and qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Effective collection and communication of histories and vitals to veterinarians
• Safe and secure restraint of patients for diagnostics and treatment
• Effective communication with clients
• Surgical preparation, maintaining sterile environments, monitoring anesthesia, and post-operative care
• Knowledge of veterinary pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and preventatives
• In-house bloodwork: CBC, Chemistry, Electrolytes, SNAP tests
• Dental cleaning, assisting with extractions, dental radiographs
• Proficient in phlebotomy and IV catheter placement
• Proper restraint and development techniques for digital radiographs
• Willingness to work evenings and some weekends
