Broward Veterinary Specialists is seeking an experienced Overnight ICU Veterinary Technician to join our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to outstanding patient care and exceptional client service.

As a key part of our overnight team, you’ll care for hospitalized ICU patients and work alongside our surgery, internal medicine, and oncology services. A calm, patient team player who thrives in specialty medicine is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a veterinary technician required; specialty or emergency hospital experience preferred
• Excellent client communication skills, both in person and by phone
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift [Weight] lbs with assistance
• Veterinary technician licensure is welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care for hospitalized ICU patients
• Collaborate with our surgery, internal medicine, and oncology services on patient care

Role: Overnight ICU Veterinary Technician

Status: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience

Schedule: ICU Overnight Position Tuesdays- Wednesdays - Thursdays, 5 pm to 6 am, no weekends

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a veterinary technician required; specialty or emergency hospital experience preferred
