Mars is seeking a Veterinary Regional Sales Manager located in North Carolina to lead field sales teams and execute veterinary sales strategy across the region. This field-based role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 70% to clinics and trade events.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of veterinary sales experience, business acumen in the veterinary industry, and proven people-management skills. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in sales with cross-functional teams.
• Strong veterinary industry business acumen.
• People management experience in mentoring/line manager role.
• Excellent communication skills across levels and functions.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to travel ~70%.

Responsabilités

• Achieve profitable sales growth within assigned region by leading District Sales Managers.
• Penetrate product objectives and focus within region.
• Implement Royal Canin veterinary sales strategy and processes.
• Coach District Managers to grow their business and KPI attainment.
• Foster high-performance team collaboration through coaching and development.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and meetings; manage expenses and budgets.
• Become deeply knowledgeable on Veterinary product lines and sales processes.
