Job summary

Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers in Clearwater, FL is seeking a licensed veterinarian for its emergency and specialty team. This role offers 12 shifts every 28 days with a collaborative, client-focused culture and opportunities across Medical Oncology, Internal Medicine & Surgery.

We provide a state-of-the-art hospital with in-house CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, and full lab support, plus a signing bonus and relocation assistance to support your transition.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent; Florida license or eligibility.
• Experience in ER or specialty settings preferred.
• Ability to work nights/weekends as required.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency and specialty veterinary care.
• Collaborate with oncology, internal medicine and surgery teams.
• Participate in on-call and rotating ER shifts.
• Contribute to a culture that prioritizes quality of care and work-life balance.

Our Clearwater ER team is made up of other experienced ER clinicians who work closely with specialists in Medical Oncology, Internal Medicine & Surgery ensuring the highest level of care at all times.

We emphasize a healthy work-life balance and our emergency doctors work 12 shifts every 28 days. We work hard to craft a schedule that is flexible and fair, tailored to your individual preferences. If you love surgery, you’ll have ample opportunities to develop your skills—but surgery isn’t a requirement!
