Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or similar roles.
• Experience in client-facing interactions and fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting from outreach to onboarding activation.
• Coordinate interviews, responses, and candidate documentation.
• Track statuses and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to answer questions and improve processes.
• Assist with outreach and sourcing across states as needed.
