Job summary

Dutch Vet is building a scalable veterinary telemedicine network and seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support growth. You will manage day-to-day recruiting and onboarding coordination, handling candidate outreach through activation, while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, scheduling tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in shaping veterinary telemedicine and evolving regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting process from application through onboarding and activation.
• Coordinate candidate outreach, interviews, and onboarding activities across teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and statuses in systems.
• Follow up with candidates to move applications forward.
• Assist with onboarding documents, licensing information, contracts, and pre-activation needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Operations Specialist and teams on hiring tasks and improvements.
• Support sourcing across states and assist with projects to grow the network.
