Job summary

Spartanburg Animal Clinic, part of Vetcor, is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to greet clients and their pets and manage appointments with a friendly, professional touch.

You will handle check-ins, payments, and billing questions while maintaining patient records and supporting the medical team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical receptionist role (required).
• Experience with animal clinics or medical offices is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional welcome.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and answer billing questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and enter data into our practice management software.

Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Status: Full-time

Salary: Competitive wage based on experience and skill set

Schedule: 4 days per week with rotating Saturdays

Experience: Veterinary or medical receptionist experience required
