The role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness and safety, with focus on Fear Free and HABRI-aligned practices to support pet well-being and parent satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of basic animal behavior is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure is expected.

Responsibilities

The pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position and is determined based on experience, skill set, location and other factors.

Pay Range
