You will be the director of first impressions, manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, handle appointments and payments, and help educate clients on preventive care.

Qualifications

• Passion for excellent customer service in a veterinary setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills under pressure.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced clinic.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; ability to work some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Demonstrate empathy and create a calm, respectful environment for clients and pets.
