Aloha Affordable Veterinary Services in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our compassionate team in Aiea. You will warmly welcome clients, manage the daily flow of appointments, and support clear communication between pet owners and the medical team.

You will help maintain accurate client records, multitask in a busy setting, and engage with rescue groups across Oahu while enjoying a four-day workweek and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception or relevant veterinary client service experience
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication with clients, veterinarians, and staff
• Comfort with handling patient records and scheduling in a fast-paced clinic

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client experience
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions and requests
• Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments
