Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-d desk roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and teammates.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy veterinary front desk.
• Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and process payments.
• Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventive care and available hospital services.
