Altitude Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.

The role is part-time (Tue, Thu, Fri) with compensation ranging from $17 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system and assisting in-person clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; compassionate, professional service in sensitive situations

Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Altitude Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.

In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour, for each hour worked


• This is a part-time position, with availability needed Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role


• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
