Felton Veterinary Hospital in Felton, CA is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. You will manage appointments, daily patient flow, and multi-line phone interactions, while assisting clients with information about our services.

This part-time role offers $22–$26 per hour, with 8-hour shifts on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability, EAP, 401k with company match, and PTO.

Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Felton Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoingClient Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this role you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $ 22 - $26 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a part-time position with 8-hour shifts scheduled on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in the following skills:

  • Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay Range

$22 - $26 USD

This is a good-faith estimate based on the role's requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
