Position Overview
Join our team as a Care Coordinator who contributes to the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Performs a range of administrative and customer service tasks, providing valuable support to the hospital. Within the veterinary field, this position aligns closely with roles often titled Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Client Care Specialist.
Apple Valley Animal Hospital in California has been a cornerstone of High Desert veterinary care since Dr. Cliff Jessen opened its doors in 1987 with just three employees, earning AAHA accreditation within the very first year and growing to a thriving five-doctor, 33-staff-member practice renowned for "Compassionate Medical Excellence." The hospital's broad service offering includes exotic pet care, acupuncture, laser therapy, orthopedic surgery including cranial cruciate ligament repair, and full internal medicine capabilities — making for an exceptionally diverse and stimulating caseload.
