Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, manage sign-in, confirm appointments, and escort to exam rooms.
• Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting; handle payments and scheduling.
• Answer calls for appointments and inquiries; make reminders and follow-ups.
• Understand vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.
