Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, complete sign-in, confirm details and escort to exam rooms.
• Ensure accurate service and product sales, take payments, and schedule future appointments.
• Answer calls for appointments and inquiries; make outbound reminders.
• Understand vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases and pet behavior.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization for a positive client experience.
