Belltowne Veterinary Center is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy front desk team in Washington. The role offers a four-day workweek with four 10-hour shifts and weekends off, providing a predictable schedule and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
  • Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar.
  • Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information.
  • Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients.
  • Communicate hospital policies, services, and next steps clearly.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records.
  • Help coordinate communication between clients and the medical team.
  • Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support efficient patient flow.
  • Jump in wherever needed to help keep the hospital running smoothly.
