Belltowne Veterinary Center in Washington state is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and their pets, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/out with care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar.
• Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate client and patient information.
• Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients.
• Communicate hospital policies, services, and next steps clearly.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Help coordinate communication between clients and the medical team.
• Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and teammates to support efficient patient flow.
• Jump in wherever needed to help keep the hospital running smoothly.

Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Status: Full-time or Part-time

Salary: $17.25–$18.00 per hour

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts; weekends off
