Tech Ridge Pet Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Alternating shifts Monday- Friday (7a-6p) and rotating Saturdays (8a-12p)

We are a busy 3-doctor practice in North Austin looking to add to our client care specialist team. As the first impression of our practice, we consider our Veterinary Receptionists to be one of the most vital positions. This role plays an important part in our community's reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Booking appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments
• Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable

Rotating Saturdays and some holidays are required.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic and/or bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. A caring and compassionate attitude is expected of all members of our team.
