PEAK Veterinary Referral Center in Williston, VT is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our Client Services team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, patients, and referring veterinarians while supporting our specialty and urgent care teams.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, reception, or client‑facing experience required.
• Veterinary reception or animal hospital experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with records and scheduling.
• Professional, compassionate, and client‑focused approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support daily front desk operations while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
