Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day inventory and supply chain operations to help ensure the hospital has the supplies needed to support patient care
Monitor inventory accuracy, par levels, product usage, and supply flow
Coordinate purchasing and ordering while maintaining appropriate inventory levels
Partner with vendors to support competitive pricing, product availability, and reliable supply
Reconcile orders and invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Maintain organized and efficient storage, inventory, and ordering systems
Support inventory audits, reporting, and supply chain planning
Collaborate with clinical teams, hospital leadership, and regional supply chain partners
Help manage costs while maintaining reliable access to essential hospital supplies

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or a related field
Medical or veterinary experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with inventory data, systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, leadership, vendors, and other partners
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment
Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
