Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic in Massachusetts is seeking a friendly, organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy general practice team. As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will help create a positive experience while keeping the hospital running smoothly each day.

This role requires at least 12 months of veterinary experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a veterinary practice required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
