Job summary

Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic in Westport, MA is seeking a friendly, organized Veterinary Receptionist to greet clients and pets and keep the front desk running smoothly. You will handle appointments, phone calls, payments, and data entry while collaborating with the veterinary team.

Prior veterinary software experience is preferred, but training is available. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team in a busy practice.

As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping our hospital run smoothly each day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
