Job summary

National Veterinary Associates operates a large network of veterinary practices across North America. This role, located in Naperville, requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience and focuses on delivering an excellent client experience by greeting clients, handling inquiries, processing patients, and managing payments.

The position supports phone screening, appointment scheduling, mail/email handling, and maintenance of client records.

Job description

Provides an excellent and expeditious client experience; greets clients, responds to questions; processes incoming and outgoing patients, and handles payments. Answers phone calls, including answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handles incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitors the client waiting area to ensure cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data, and other pertinent information within practice management software. Escalates complex matters to senior staff. Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
