McDonough Animal Hospital in McDonough, GA seeks a friendly veterinary receptionist to greet clients, triage inquiries, and coordinate scheduling. You will act as the first point of contact, answer calls and emails, and process payments with a calm, compassionate manner.

McDonough Animal Hospital is ina suburb 40 minutes south of Atlanta. Our location is ideal for someone looking for a rural setting, but close enough to amenities such as restaurants and shopping or big city life of Atlanta without the city life headaches. McDonough, GA is just off interstate75, making access to surrounding areas quick and easy. We sit about 3-4 hours from the nearest beach and from the North Georgia mountains, so a weekend getaway to either is attainable!
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain the visual appeal or the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

Pay Range: $14-$16/hr
