Job summary

Animal Dermatology Clinic Lake Oswego is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

You will support pharmacy and retail sales, assist with marketing initiatives, and help keep the clinic organized while collaborating with a small team. This is a full-time on-site position with regular daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in public/retail or service industry required.
• Experience in a veterinary hospital preferred.
• Dependable attendance required.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to walk, bend, stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. ADG has over 40 locations nationwide. With over 90 doctors supporting the ADG medical team, they strive to lead in clinical practice, research and education in our field. • The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
