Job summary

  • Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate records, manage appointments, and handle transactions.
  • Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services.
  • Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calming presence to clients and treat every pet with care.
