Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and communicate with clients via calls.
• Maintain accurate client and pet records.
• Assist clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Use hospital computer systems for documentation and communication.
• Manage financial transactions following proper procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Educate clients on pet health and hospital services.
• Show empathy and compassion towards pets and clients.
• Operate standard office equipment.
• Possess veterinary terminology knowledge (preferred).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with veterinary software (preferred).
• Work independently and follow directions.
• Organizational and critical thinking skills.

• Pay: $14.00-$16.00/hour based on experience.
