Job summary

Mission Pet Health is hiring a receptionist to join our veterinary team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors with a caring attitude, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

You will coordinate appointments, maintain records, and handle payments while promoting preventive care and hospital services. A compassionate, organized individual with experience using veterinary software is preferred and a flexible weekend schedule is

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services to ensure the best care for every pet.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients and treat each pet with care.
