Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in a veterinary environment.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate diverse teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of veterinary practice operations, financial drivers (P&L, budgeting, KPI tracking).

Responsibilities

• Own hospital-level results across revenue, labor, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Manage all aspects of hospital operations to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care and client service.
• Oversee payroll hours and timely submission for processing; monitor costs against budget.
• Coordinate accounts payable activities and communicate with the bookkeeper.
• Lead inventory management and pricing updates; coordinate with Regional Manager on budget goals.
