Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff and lead day-to-day hospital operations. You will guide the medical team to deliver quality veterinary care while developing associates and fostering an engaging environment for clients and patients.

You will manage budgeting, staff scheduling, and education programs, with opportunities for professional growth within Banfield and its network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; leadership and analytical know-how are expected.
