AmeriVet’s Eagle Vet Hospital seeks a Practice Manager who builds strong teams and a positive culture while ensuring a busy veterinary practice runs efficiently. You’ll supervise staff, manage finances, and enhance client service and community outreach in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes growth, operational excellence, and achieving financial goals, with full-time hours and a dynamic, team-focused environment at AmeriVet’s facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare setting.
• CVPM and/or CVBL certifications or a relevant bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all practice staff, including veterinary technicians, receptionists, and support staff.
• Develop and optimize staff schedules within labor cost budgets.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and expense management with regular reporting.
• Lead marketing strategies and community outreach to attract and retain clients.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and office operations for efficiency.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and champion new initiatives.
