You will oversee support and client service teams, align medical and operational priorities with the Medical Director, and drive recruitment, onboarding, and staff development while managing budgets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experienced veterinary leader or Practice Manager aiming for senior leadership
• Proven ability to build strong teams and structure
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, revenue and labor costs
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and giving tough feedback when needed
• Familiarity with practice management software and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hospital support and client service teams
• Partner with Medical Director to align medical and operational priorities
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and employee development
• Provide timely coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management
• Help build a positive, accountable hospital culture
• Monitor financial performance: revenue, labor, expenses, inventory
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, appointment access, and client service
• Ensure policies and hospital standards are followed
• Help the team navigate change and solve problems
• Create an environment where people and pets receive exceptional care
