This in-person role works closely with a co-manager in a veterinarian-owned hospital with three practices in Delaware, Westerville & Marysville.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years veterinary management experience.
• Seasoned administrator with hospital operations exposure.
• Ability to oversee technicians, assistants, and kennel staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital staff (technicians, assistants, kennel staff) in collaboration with co-manager to ensure high‑quality patient care, efficient daily operations and a positive team environment.
• Lead operational tasks to support a busy practice, with a focus on patient care and team morale.
• Minimal book-keeping and administrative duties; in-person position requiring flexible scheduling.
