Southern Paws Animal Medical Center in Florence, SC is seeking a courteous and efficient veterinary practice manager to coordinate and oversee all office administration. You will handle ordering, inventory, scheduling, staff training, and policy inquiries from pet owners, ensuring the clinic operates smoothly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred or 3+ years veterinary experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in veterinary medicine terminology and how to run a veterinary hospital.
• Compassionate, calm, team player, multitasker and strong communicator.
• Highly organized and possess computer skills.
• Open availability with flexibility to change hours based on hospital needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all office administration procedures.
• Order and manage inventory; coordinate staff schedules.
• Train staff and handle performance issues; prepare appraisals.
• Answer pet owners' questions regarding policies, appointments, and costs.
• Recruit/hire/onboard staff and assist with salaries and policy adherence.
