Thrive Pet Healthcare in Boise, ID is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead hospital operations, culture, and client service. The PM serves as the Integrator on the leadership team, guiding budgeting, staffing, and KPI analysis to improve efficiency and engagement.

The role requires supervising staff, managing hospital software, inventory, and safety procedures, with a salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years of veterinary hospital supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager designation or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and client service focus.
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience including reading a P&L.
• Solid math and spreadsheet skills (Excel).
• Ability to lift objects weighing 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Oversee business activities of the hospital including staffing and training.
• Work with Pathway finance to prepare and manage budgets.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Set fees, maintain inventory and inventory control system.
• Manage hospital software and safety procedures.
• Promote a positive culture and staff engagement.
