Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Three years related experience (health care, veterinary field, service industry, etc.) and direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates; evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on Banfield guidelines and educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital; schedule coordination and staff management.
